Packies Restaurant

Packies is an informal restaurant that provides exceptional food in a lovely location.  Martin Hallissey and his team have a policy of using fresh fish and shellfish delivered daily as well as organic produce.  They believe that the secret to success is honest, clean cooking with genuine friendly and attentive service.  House specialities include light, flaky crab cakes with tartar sauce; potato pancakes with garlic butter; rack of lamb with rosemary and garlic gravy; and their favourite - Irish stew.

The Purple Heather

Grainne O’Connell’s informal restaurant serves consistently good, simple, home-cooked food including well-made soups that come with home-baked breads, or salad made of organic greens with balsamic dressing. Main courses include seafood salads, vegetarian salads (cold and warm), pâtés including a delicious smoked salmon pâté plus a range of omelettes, sandwiches and open sandwiches (Cashel Blue cheese and walnut, perhaps, or crabmeat with salad) or Irish farmhouse cheeses (with a glass of L.B.V Offley port, if you like).

Tom Crean Fish & Wine

Prego on Henry Street specialises in food with an Italian flavour. Gerry and his team have a delicious range of pastas, pizzas and salads.  There are also plenty of other choices on the menu. Prego also caters for evening meals and has a warm friendly candlelit ambiance. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food good and the coffee is great!

 The Coachmans

The Coachmans Hotel in Kenmare "Dining & Music Experience" is renowned at home and abroad for its originality, incredible standard and unique atmosphere.

Our guests are invited to a four course meal where the food is freshly prepared using the best of local produce.  As Kenmare, is nestled between the hills and by the sea thus providing us with the best of local produce when it comes to ingredients from seafood to meat with Kerry lamb a speciality.

Foleys Guesthouse and Restaurant

Foley's proudly serves traditional Irish and International cuisine, making us the ideal dining experience in Kenmare. We have in house seating for 90 persons and offer catering menus for parties and tour groups. Special menus and set price (Price Fixe) menus can be arranged with our staff.

JAM Cafe Bakery Deli

At Jam, we take our commitment to quality Irish food very seriously. All our fresh chicken, beef and pork is Irish produced and supplied, traceable from farm to fork. A skilled team of artisan bakers and chefs under the direction of Chef and Proprietor James Mulchrone make all Jam food; sweet, savoury and salads; in our own dedicated bakery in Kenmare, Co. Cafe Mocha

Cafe Mocha has a view over the Kenmare Square and Park from the Large sofa in front the window. A small meeting place for tourists and locals. Besides their fine Coffees and Teas the Cafe serves a full Irish Breakfast all day.  Their Blackboard Menu includes, a variety of sandwiches, melts, char grilled chicken and pancakes. Truffle Pig

Our mission is to provide freshly cooked food using quality ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible.  All of the bread, cakes, savouries and meals are made by hand in our kitchens on site and we are happy to accommodate special orders. Our food is available to eat in the cafe or take away with you. We pride ourselves on our range of artisan cheeses from near and far and as well as olives, salamis and more. You will always be served with a smile and we love to discuss and advise on your selection of cheeses and a taster is never refused.

Cupán Tae

We hope that our tea shop will bring you a great deal of enjoyment as you sample our delicious cakes and savouries and sup something that gives you pleasure.
